Why I make chocolate.

When I adapted a plant-based diet, I discovered raw chocolate as a delicious alternative to sugary, dairy filled chocolate and I started making my own creations to achieve the taste and texture I craved.
I love a chocolate that is rich, buttery, yet light, and very clean.

I moved from Bavaria, Germany, where I was born and raised to Los Angeles and founded Hopf Chocolate in July of 2017.

I make chocolate to enhance everyones joy of life, as chocolate is a way to celebrate and share. Quality, the pleasures of life and integrity is what brings us together.
