How do you eat it?


Caramels/Butters New (always creamy)

Consistency

Choc.Apothecary’s Caramels/Butters New must be stored in the refrigerator and keep for up to 2 months, once opened. They do travel well for a few days.

  • Melts.

  • Creamy when cold.

  • Drizzly when warm.

  • Do NOT microwave. Use a warm pan or water-bath to melt.

Eat it like

I put it in my coffee daily, because this way I don’t forget to take my medicine and it makes my coffee so delicious. If you don’t drink coffee or would like to use them many ways try these ideas:

  • Just like in coffee, it is delicious in tea & smoothies.

  • Try on apples, vanilla ice cream.

  • Sourdough bread, use it like honey.

  • Treat yourself by the spoon full.
