Choc.Apothecary’s Caramels/Butters New must be stored in the refrigerator and keep for up to 2 months, once opened. They do travel well for a few days.
Melts.
Creamy when cold.
Drizzly when warm.
Do NOT microwave. Use a warm pan or water-bath to melt.
Eat it like
I put it in my coffee daily, because this way I don’t forget to take my medicine and it makes my coffee so delicious. If you don’t drink coffee or would like to use them many ways try these ideas:
Just like in coffee, it is delicious in tea & smoothies.
Try on apples, vanilla ice cream.
Sourdough bread, use it like honey.
Treat yourself by the spoon full.
